Your privacy choices: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
DRAFT, NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Because we sell each homeowner request to one solar installer, California residents (and residents of other states with similar laws) have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and of targeted advertising and profiling. Use the form below, email info@solarmatchup.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share," or write to [LLC LEGAL NAME] d/b/a SolarMatchup, 517 Copper Spur Rd., Bond, CO 80423. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out for that browser.
If you opt out before submitting a quote request, do not submit the quote form, because submitting it is how we deliver your request to an installer. If you opt out after submitting, we will not sell any further information about you, and we will forward your request to stop contact to the installer who received your request. To stop texts, you can also reply STOP to any message. We will verify your request by matching it to our records and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once). You may use an authorized agent. See our Privacy Policy for all your rights.
